Purpose
Weldon Family Archives is intended as a private family archive for sharing photographs, captions, tags, and related family history. Photos should be added only when they are appropriate for family sharing.
Information Stored
The archive stores uploaded images, gallery names, photo titles, captions, tags, source labels, and the selected hero image. Admin sessions use a secure cookie so signed-in family members can manage galleries and images.
Access
Upload and management tools are password protected. Anyone with the site link may be able to view published gallery content, so avoid uploading sensitive personal details unless they are meant to be shared with the family.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Workers. Images and archive metadata are stored using Cloudflare services so the site can display and manage the family gallery.
Requests
Family members can ask the site administrator to correct captions, update tags, remove images, or change gallery details.
